摘要
选用超高聚合度4 000的PVC树脂、高分子质量聚酯增塑剂、耐油耐低温改性剂,并通过添加塑化促进剂促进塑化成型,开发出一种新型燃气软管.该软管一次共挤成型,具有橡胶质感,可替代传统橡胶软管.无需硫化,环保无味,工艺简单,耐燃气腐蚀性好.开发的燃气软管可以替代进口,服役寿命超过10年.
Abstract
A new type of gas hose was developed by selecting PVC resin with ultra-high polymeriza-tion degree of 4 000,high molecular weight polyester plasticizer,oil resistant and low temperature resistant modifier,and by adding plasticizing accelerator to promote plasticization molding.This hose was co-extruded in one-step molding and had a rubber-like texture,could replace traditional rubber hose.No need for vulcanization,environmentally friendly and odorless,simple process,good resistance to gas corrosion.The developed gas hose could replace imported goods and had a service life of over 10 years.
