摘要
对比了轻质碳酸钙和重质碳酸钙在物理化学性质上的差异,并通过使用扭矩流变仪进行流变和挤出试验,分析和比较了它们在PVC-U管材挤出加工体系中的应用性能差异.初步探讨了用重质碳酸钙替代轻质碳酸钙可能出现的主要问题及相应的解决方案.
Abstract
The differences in physicochemical properties between light calcium carbonate and heavy calcium carbonate were compared,and their application performance differences in PVC-U pipe extrusion processing system were analyzed and compared through rheological and extrusion tests using a torque rheometer.The main problems that may arise from replacing light calcium with heavy calcium and corresponding solutions were preliminarily explored.
