Research on automatic drainage from water separator for vinyl chloride distillation system
In order to address the adverse effects of high water content in the crude vinyl chloride monomer on the distillation system and polymerization system,the water discharge process of the water separator for vinyl chloride distillation system was transformed from manual operation to DCS automatic control,which improved the operational stability of the distillation system and the product quality of vinyl chloride monomer.
