摘要

介绍了真空泵材质、工作液温度、工作液pH值、Cl-含量对抽触媒真空泵耐腐蚀性的影响,并总结了改进措施.

Abstract

The influencing factors of the corrosion resistance of catalytic vacuum pumps were intro-duced,such as vacuum pump material,working fluid temperature,working fluid pH value,and Cl- content,and the improvement measures were summarized.
