电石渣浆乙炔回收及VOC脱除的研究与开发应用

通过研究和分析湿法乙炔电石渣中乙炔、VOC及恶臭气体的传质机理及过程,建立了相应的分析方法,分析了乙炔回收率的影响因素.提出了强化传质的措施,并设计了特殊的脱吸塔内部构件、结构以及附属设备.自乙炔发生器溢流管起设计了一种全密闭、全回收的工艺流程,并制定了最佳工艺控制参数.乙炔回收率稳定,大于96%,含乙炔的低温冷凝水密闭回收.同时,脱除了渣浆中的VOC及恶臭气体,环境改善效果明显.在后续处理环节中,已无恶臭味道,节支创效明显.
Research and development of acetylene recovery and VOC removal from calcium carbide slag slurry
By studying and analyzing the mass transfer mechanism and process of acetylene,VOC,and odorous gases in wet acetylene carbide slag,corresponding analysis methods were established,and the influencing factors of acetylene recovery rate were analyzed.Measures to enhance mass transfer were proposed,and special internal components,structures,and auxillary equipment for the desorption tower were designed.A fully enclosed and fully recovery process flow was designed from the overflow pipe of the acetylene generator,and the optimal process control parameters were formulated.The acetylene recovery rate was stable,greater than 96%,and the low-temperature condensate containing acetylene was recovered in a closed manner.At the same time,the VOC and odorous gases in the slurry were removed,and the environmental improvement effect was significant.In the subsequent processing steps,there was no longer any foul odor,and the cost saving effect was significant.
