With the increasingly close combination of traditional labor modes and digital tech-nology,the digitalized transformation of labor modes has gradually become a new important le-ver for economic development in the digital information era.Exploring strategies for the digi-talized transformation of labor modes,upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground must be as a fundamental guide,both upholding fundamental principles so as to consol-idate the foundation of innovation,and seeking to break new ground in order to sublimate the realm of upholding fundamental principles.People-centered fundamental stance must be firmly adhered to,the people's dominating status must be clarified,digital public domains must be collaboratively established,and a community with a shared destiny for all people in cyberspace must be built.To steadfastly follow the path of Chinese-style modernization,three practical pathways must be effectively navigated:clarifying the development logic of industrial digitiza-tion and digital industrialization;consolidating the construction of digital infrastructure and in-tensifying research to achieve breakthroughs in core technologies of key fields;and gradually perfecting the cyberspace governance system and guiding the standardized and orderly healthy development of digital capital.
