Research on the Coupling Coordination Degree Between New Quality Productive Forces and High-Quality Development of Digital Economy:Based on Panel Data of 30 Provinces(Autonomous Regions and Municipalities)in China
Based on the panel data of 30 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)in China from 2012 to 2022,the comprehensive evaluation index of new quality productive forces and high-quality development of digital economy is measured and calculated using the entropy value method and the linear weighting method, and on the basis,a coupling coordination degree model is used to study the coupling coordination level of new quality productive forces and high-quality development of digital economy. The results show that the degree of coupling coordination between China's new quality productive forces and high-quality development of digital economy presents an increasing trend year by year; The coupling coordination degree from high to low is in the sequence of the eastern region, central region, western region, and northeastern region;According to the type of coupling coordination, the eastern region is already at a primary coordinated level, the central region is at a roughly coordinating level and essentially represents the national average level, and the western and northeastern regions remain slightly dysfunctional; There is a total of six provinces with high coupling coordination, eleven with poor coupling coordination, and thirteen with intermediate coupling coordination.Based on the research findings, the following countermeasures are proposed:adhering to the innovation-driven development strategy and improving the scientific and technological innovation system;deeply implementing the regional coordinated development strategy and actively fulfilling the function of government;and increasing investment in the construction of new-type infrastructure and perfecting the mechanism for cultivating innovative talents.
