The Presentation of Cultural Memory in Contemporary Chinese Animation Movie Space
Cultural memory requires a specific space to be presented.An animation movie space with visual representation,symbolic conception,and narrative functions has the potential to transcend time and serve as a repository of cultural memory.Drawing on Ian Asmann's theory of cultural memory,this paper explores the practical logic of cultural memory presentation in Chinese contemporary animation movie space—visual metaphor in the physical space,multidimensional intertextuality in the imaginative space,and aesthetic empathy in the narrative space—revealing the critical role of cultural memory expression in strengthening national identity recognition in the context of postmodern.
