Differentiation and treatment strategy of stroke from the perspective of"state-target combination"
The"state-target combination"strategy is a treatment mode that combines the traditional macroscopic concept of TCM with the microscopic manifestation targets of modern research, which is expected to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of stroke diseases.Stroke can be divided into two main types:ischemic stroke and intracerebral hemorrhage.According to the sequence of the disease development, ischemic stroke involves three stages:"depression","closure",and"deficiency",while intracerebral hemorrhage also features three stages,i.e.,"hyperactivity","fire",and"deficiency".After defining the"state"of each stage,a precise treatment can be achieved by combining clinical evidence,TCM syndromes, and pharmacological research results to draw up prescriptions for"regulating both the state and the target".
