摘要
为探寻吴佩衡疫病防治思想,本研究以吴佩衡所撰著作为研究对象,分析瘟疫辨治思路与用药特点,发现吴佩衡疫病辨治思路有"洞达阴阳,精辨寒热""羽翼伤寒,崇尚经方""明辨疠气,输转膜原""注重配伍,善用主帅"等特点;临床善于活用吴又可达原饮与仲景白虎汤、大小承气汤、生脉散等经典方剂;常以主帅中药石膏、大黄、芒硝、黄连灵活配伍治疗各阶段疫病.吴佩衡以《黄帝内经》阴阳理论、仲景伤寒六经气化思想、吴又可疫病辨治体系为指导,为疫病的有效辨治做出了贡献.
Abstract
In order to explore the epidemics prevention and treatment ideas of Wu Peiheng,a famous medical practitioner in southern Yunnan,this study takes his works as object and analyzes his ideas on plague differentiation and treatment and his medication characteristics.The analysis finds that Wu Peiheng's approach to the differentiation and treatment of epidemic diseases is characterized by his"profound insight into yin and yang,precise identification of cold and heat","furthering theories on exogenous cold diseases and advocating classical prescriptions","clearly identifying pestilential qi and eliminating pathogens in membrane","placing an emphasis on medicine compatibility,and making good use of sovereign drugs",etc.He is also good at using Wu Youke's Dayuan Yin and Zhang Zhongjing's Baihu Tang,Da Chengqi Tang,Xiao Chengqi Tang,Shengmai San and other classical prescriptions,and he often applies sovereign drugs such as gypsum,rhubarb root and rhizome,crystallized sodium sulfate and golden thread in flexible combinations to treat epidemic diseases at various stages.Therefore,this study concludes that Wu Peiheng treats epidemic diseases under the guidance of the theory of yin and yang in Huangdi Neij ing,Zhang Zhongjing's idea of qi transformation of the six meridians in treating typhoid fever,and Wu Youke's system of epidemics differentiation and treatment,making contributions to the effective differentiation and treatment of epidemic diseases.
