Proteinuria is a common clinical manifestation of patients with kidney diseases,and also the core link in the treatment of various kidney diseases.At present,the treatment of proteinuria in Western medicine mainly focuses on the treatment of its primary disease,while its exploration in traditional Chinese medicine is mostly limited to a single disease.On the basis of inheriting the academic thought of Liu Duzhou,Professor Wang Qingguo,a master of TCM,interprets the pathogenesis of its abnormal indexes from the perspective of the improper operation of Shaoyin kidney's pivot mechanisms and the disorder of Xuanfu opening and closing,expanding the clinical application of Jingfang Shenyan Decoction,an empirical prescription of Yanjing Liushi Shanghan School.This paper,from both the macro and micro perspectives of the kidney's pivot mechanisms and the Xuanfu theory,explores the therapeutic effect of Jingfang Shenyan Decoction in the treatment of proteinuria,aiming to provide more therapeutic options for patients with proteinuria.
