Diabetic kidney disease(DKD)is one of the most important diabetic microvascular complications.In the early and middle stages of the disease,patients usually manifests no obvious clinical symptoms,only displaying some abnormal indicators such as proteinuria and elevated ACR.Therefore,on the basis of accurate syndrome differentiation,the application of hypoglycemic and proteinuria-lowering drugs,such as leech and golden thread,can often achieve better curative results.For the dose of the target drugs,it is necessary to implement the strategy of applying dose according to specific syndrome,selecting the indications for adjusting the dose,identifying the timing and controlling the dosage range,so as to achieve the best curative effect on the basis of ensuring medication safety.
