摘要
柴胡是临床应用较为广泛的中药材,其药用部位为伞形科植物柴胡或狭叶柴胡的干燥根,具有较高的药用价值.现代药理研究表明,柴胡含有多种化学成分,在心血管系统、呼吸系统、消化系统、神经系统、内分泌系统等多种疾病具有良好的治疗作用.本文梳理近年来柴胡相关文献进行综述分析,阐述柴胡化学成分及药理作用研究进展.
Abstract
Chinese thorowax root is a widely used traditional Chinese medicine in clinical practice,and its medicinal part is the dried root of bupleurum umbelliferae or bupleurum scorzonerifolium,which has a high medicinal value.Modern pharmacological research shows that Chinese thorowax root contains a variety of chemical components,which have good therapeutic effects on diseases in the cardiovascular system,respiratory system,digestive system,nervous system,endocrine system,etc.In this paper,the literature related to Chinese thorowax root in recent years is reviewed and analyzed,and the research progress of its chemical compositions and pharmacological effects is expounded.
