Exploring the five-emotion zang-organs pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis with anxiety and depression under the theory of holism of physique and spirit
Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG),a precancerous disease of gastric cancer,is the key to the transformation of inflammation to cancer.In recent years,the incidence of chronic atrophic gastritis has gradually increased,which seriously endangers people's health.Moreover,the CAG-related anxiety and depression caused by fear of cancer have become more and more pervasive,seriously reducing people's quality of life."Five-emotion zang-organs"is a traditional Chinese medicine characteristic theory of treating diseases from the viscera and mind as a whole under the guidance of holism of physique and spirit,which is of reference value for the modern treatment of diseases complicated by psychological symptoms and physical symptoms.For this purpose,this paper discusses the pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis with anxiety and depression from the perspective of five-emotion zang-organs,in order to provide a reference for its clinical diagnosis and treatment.
