摘要
《伤寒论》中记载了厥阴病篇的概念、立症、病机及主方治疗等方面,形成了一套独特的治疗体系,为厥阴病之厥阴证相关理论的进一步认识和发展奠定了基础.厥阴病的主症是胃脘疼痛、知饥不欲食、食后吐、渴欲饮水、气逆、腹泻或大便次数多;病因是上热下寒、寒热错杂,病机是寒凝阳郁;治疗厥阴病主要采用寒热并用、通理气血、攻补兼施等综合论治方法,以当归四逆汤、乌梅丸、吴茱萸汤为主方,同时结合举验案说明厥阴病的诊治思路.
Abstract
The Shanghan Lun(Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases)records the concept,symptoms,pathogenesis and main prescriptions of Jueyin disease,forming a unique treatment system,laying the foundation for further understanding and developing Jueyin syndrome related theories.The main symptoms of Jueyin disease are epigastric pain,hunger yet not wanting to eat,vomiting after eating,thirst for drinking water,qi inversion,diarrhea or frequent defecation.Its etiology is the syndrome of upper heat and lower cold,and the syndrome of intermingled heat and cold,while its pathogenesis is cold coagulation and yang depression.The treatment of Jueyin disease mainly adopts a comprehensive treatment method,such as applying herbs with both cold and heat natures,promoting and regulating qi and blood circulation,and reinforcing vital qi and eliminating pathogens simultaneously,with Danggui Sini Tang,Wumei Wan,and Wuzhuyu Tang as its main prescriptions.Meanwhile,the diagnosis and treatment ideas of Jueyin disease are illustrated through providing case studies in this paper.
