Exploring pathogenesis of malignant tumors based on the heart and spirit,sovereign fire,and ministerial fire
Heart and spirit,sovereign fire,and ministerial fire are important concepts in the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).They constitute a regulation mechanism in a human body,which is dominated by heart and spirit,maintained by sovereign fire,and supported by ministerial fire.The imbalance of the three aspects is the main reason for the occurrence of tumors.Under the combined effect of disordered heart and spirit,weaker sovereign fire and malfunctioned ministerial fire,normal tissues set about transforming into malignant tumor tissues that are completely out of control of heart and spirit.This article analyzes the evolution process of TCM pathogenesis of malignant tumors,explores the essence of malignant tumors in traditional Chinese medicine,in order to provide ideas and a reference basis for the differentiation and treatment of malignant tumors in traditional Chinese medicine.
