Differentiation and treatment of chronic heart failure by stages based on the theory of mutual association of the five zang viscera
Chronic heart failure is a complex syndrome in which various heart diseases develop to the terminal stage, and its occurrence and development is the result of the joint action of zang-fu viscera.Professor Ren Jixue,a master of traditional Chinese medicine, and Professor Deng Tietao both advocate the differentiation and treatment of chronic heart failure from the perspective of mutual association of five zang viscera.Professor Liu Aidong, based on his clinical experience, develops a deep understanding of the mutual association of five zang viscera theory and the scientific connotation of chronic heart failure, and explores the staged differentiation and treatment of the disease under the guidance of this theory.According to its different stages, the disease is mainly divided into three stages.Stage I is mostly characterized by insufficient heart qi and lung qi congestion, while stage II is more commonly manifested as spleen deficiency and lung closure,as well as heart and liver blood stasis, and stage III mostly features weakness of the five zang viscera, and intermingled deficiency and excess.A medical case is attached to the paper to explain the clinical thinking in detail,in order to share the vision with the colleagues engaged in the same pursuit.
