Research on the TCM clinical characteristics of pulmonary ground-glass opacity nodules based on AI
Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of pulmonary ground-glass opacity nodules in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)through objective and standardized methods,to use artificial intelligence(AI)to analyze their malignant risks, and preliminarily explore the TCM clinical characteristics of pulmonary ground-glass opacity nodules s with different risks,so as to lay a foundation for traditional Chinese medicine to intervene in lung nodules. Methods The four diagnostic information of 75 patients with pulmonary ground-glass opacity nodules s was collected, and their syndromes were figured out by syndrome differentiation. The chest CT reports of patients were interpreted by AI,and their TCM clinical characteristics of pulmonary ground-glass opacity nodules s with different risks were analyzed. Results The TCM syndromes in patients with pulmonary ground-glass opacity nodules s were mainly yin deficiency(77.33%),qi deficiency(56.00%),yang deficiency(54.67%),and blood deficiency(52.00%),as well as solid syndromes such as phlegm(40.00%),cold(37.33%),and qi stagnation(32.00%).There was a significant difference in the weight of qi deficiency syndrome between the high-risk group and the low-medium risk group according to the AI interpretation(P<0.05).Conclusion The TCM syndrome differentiation of patients with pulmonary ground-glass opacity nodules s is mainly characterized by a deficiency syndrome, and its TCM pathogenesis involves qi deficiency or qi stagnation, which leads to the obstruction of lung qi,causing local phlegm and dampness to accumulate in the lung collaterals, while the heat syndrome and blood the stasis syndrome are rare.
