摘要
四神聪是针灸临床常用的腧穴之一.本文结合王富春教授在针灸临床中运用四神聪的配伍经验,介绍四神聪的取穴方法、穴性、配伍规律等,认为四神聪具有通督补髓、散瘀通脉、补肾聪耳、镇静安神、健脑开窍、舒筋通络的作用,配伍相关腧穴可治疗眩晕、头痛、耳鸣、失眠、震颤麻痹、小儿脑瘫及面肌痉挛等临床常见疾病.同时王富春在取四神聪时,常在百会前后左右凹陷处取穴,在针刺前先进行揣穴,同时根据患者病情表里虚实调整针刺方向、角度、深度等,促使得气,提高临床疗效.
Abstract
Sishencong(EX-HN1)is one of the points commonly used in the clinical acupuncture and moxibustion practice.Based on Professor Wang Fuchun's point compatibility experience in using the point in his clinic,this paper introduces its selection method,its properties,and its compatibility rules.It is believed that the point has the functions of unblocking the governor channel and reinforcing the marrow,removing blood stasis and dredging the vessels,tonifying the kidney and sharpening hearing,calming and tranquilizing the mind,strengthening the brain and opening the orifices,and relaxing the tendons and collaterals.When compatible with other points,administering acupuncture and moxibustion at the point can treat vertigo,headache,tinnitus,insomnia,tremor paralysis,infantile cerebral palsy,facial spasm,and other common clinical diseases.At the same time,Wang Fuchun often takes points at the depressions around baihui(GV20),and before administering acupuncture at sishencong,he first kneads it,and adjusts the direction,angle,and depth of needles according to patients'superficies syndrome,interior syndrome,deficiency syndrome or excess syndrome,promoting the arrival of qi and improving the clinical efficacy.
