Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease is a kind of fatty liver disease,which can progress to cirrhosis and liver cancer.Based on many years of clinical experience,Professor Lv Wenliang maintains that the etiology of this disease is related to diet,emotions,and physical exertion,while its basic pathogenesis is the imbalance of liver and spleen,the disharmony between qi and blood,with phlegm,dampness,turbidity and blood stasis as its main pathological products.From the perspective of"liver and spleen integration",he puts forward three treatment principles.The first is to disperse the stagnated liver qi and regulate the spleen,and give a priority to strengthening qi.The second is to remove dampness and resolve turbidity,regulate qi and blood.The third is to choose prescriptions flexibly,and to combine the disease with its syndromes.At the same time,Professor Lv pays attention to delivering an individualized comprehensive diagnosis and treatment,emphasizing the influence of patients'own lifestyle on the disease,which has achieved a significant clinical effect.
