摘要

人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)注射日早发孕酮升高(PPR)是随着体外受精-胚胎移植/卵泡质内单精子注射(IVF-ET/ICSI)广泛应用而衍生的,与妊娠结局密切相关,日益为辅助生殖中心重视,但其解决方案目前尚未统一认识且缺乏相关证据证实有效可行.阐述张玉芬教授对HCG注射日早发孕酮升高现象的中医理论认识,总结张玉芬以"补肾滋阴、活血泻肾"法治疗PPR的经验.

Abstract

Premature progesterone rise(PPR)on the day of human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)injection is derived from the widespread use of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer/intracytoplasmic sperm injection(IVF-ET/ICSI)and is closely related to pregnancy outcomes.This indicator is increasingly valued by assisted reproduction centres,but the protocol is not yet universally recognized and there is a lack of evidence to prove its effectiveness and feasibility.This paper aims to explain Professor Zhang Yufen's theoretical understanding of traditional Chinese medicine on the phenomenon of PPR on the day of HCG injection,and to explore her experience in treating PPR with the method of"tonifying the kidney and nourishing yin,promoting blood circulation and purging the kidney".
