重构本草——生地黄

通过古籍文献调研、中药现代研究进展及其成果的梳理,结合中医临床及中药学等学科领域专家学者的认识及应用经验,经讨论认为:生地黄功效主要为清热凉血,养阴生津.症靶为内伤发热、内热出血、关节疼痛、便秘.标靶为口腔溃疡、快速性心律失常.现代药理研究发现生地黄及其有效成分具有调节凝血功能、降血糖、保护心肌细胞、保护神经细胞、促进骨质形成等作用.本品无毒,但是脾虚泄泻、胃虚食少、胸膈多痰者慎服.临床使用剂量为10~500 g,大剂量使用时须密切观察患者大便情况,以大便呈糊状为度.内服时应根据不同疾病,或同一疾病的不同阶段进行辨证使用,并积极探索生地黄用量与症靶的量效关系构建.
Reconstruction of Chinese materia medica--unprocessed rehmannia root
Based on the investigation of ancient books and literature,the progress and achievements of modern research on traditional Chinese medicine,and the understanding and application experience of experts and scholars in the clinical and pharmaceutical fields of traditional Chinese medicine,it is believed that unprocessed rehmannia root is mainly characterized by the follows:Its effects involve mainly clearing heat and cooling blood,nourishing yin and promoting the production of fluid,while its symptom targets are endogenous fever,endogenous heat and bleeding,joint pain,constipation,and its biochemical indicator targets include oral ulcer and tachyarrhythmia.Modern pharmacological studies have found that the medicine and its active ingredients have the effects of regulating coagulation function,lowering blood glucose,protecting myocardial cells,protecting nerve cells,and promoting bone formation,etc.Though non-toxic,it should also be taken with caution for those with diarrhea due to spleen deficiency,poor appetite due to stomach deficiency,and excessive phlegm in the chest and diaphragm.Its clinical dosage range is 10-500 g.When it is used in a large dosage,the patient's bowel movements should be closely observed,to ensure the stool to be mushy in a worst case.When taken orally,it should be used according to the syndrome differentiation of different diseases or different stages of the same disease,and the dose-effect relationship between its dosage and symptom targets should be actively explored and reconstructed.
