摘要
呕吐与脾胃密切相关,早在《黄帝内经》中就明确指出"土郁"可导致呕吐,并确立了"土郁夺之"的治则.汉代医家张仲景亦在《金匮要略》中设专篇对呕吐进行了系统论述.基于"土郁夺之"之法,总结仲景在《金匮要略》中运用"土郁夺之"治疗呕吐的辨证思路及治疗策略,以期为临床治疗提供新的思路.
Abstract
Vomiting is common in a variety of critical cases,especially after a chemotherapy treatment,and the syndrome is of great significance for the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of clinical diseases.Vomiting is closely related to the spleen and stomach.As early as in the Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor,it was clearly pointed out that dampness accumulated in the spleen and stomach can cause vomiting,and the treatment principle of removing it was established.Zhang Zhongjing,a doctor in the Han Dynasty,systematically discussed vomiting in a single chapter in his masterpiece Jingui Yaolue.Based on these two prestigious books and taking"dampness accumulated in the spleen needing removing"as an innovation point,this paper summarizes the syndrome differentiation thinking and treatment strategy of the treatment principle in Jingui Yaolue,in a bid to provide new ideas for its future clinical treatment.
