Clinical experience of Professor Tong Xiaolin in the state-target differentiation and treatment of chronic gastritis based on the theory of wind-dampness of zang-fu viscera
Chronic gastritis is the most common digestive system disease in China,and helicobacter pylori infection constitutes the main cause of the disease.Professor Tong Xiaolin puts forward the theory of wind-dampness of zang-fu viscera,and differentiates and treats the entire process of chronic gastritis by following the concept of combining both its states and targets,from the perspective of pathogenic factors such as wind,cold,and dampness.Taking Huangqi Jianzhong decoction in the Synopsis of Golden Chamber as the target formula for regulating states,and based on the different syndromes of patients,he treats the states and targets simultaneously by applying minor prescriptions of three herbs,targeted drugs for biochemical indicators and for symptoms,aiming to enhance the accuracy of treatment and improve the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in preventing and treating chronic gastritis.
