Application of the whole prescription dosage adjustment strategy of Qidan Junzhi Decoction according to syndromes in the treatment of diabetic kidney disease
The drug dosage adjustment in prescriptions includes the dosage adjustment of a single herb and the dosage adjustment of a whole prescription.For those prescriptions with fewer but more precise drugs and specific effects,the dosage adjustment of a whole prescription is mostly adopted,and the adjustment should be done on the basis of syndrome differentiation.Diabetic kidney disease is one of the common microvascular complications of diabetes.In its early and middle stages,patients often undergo proteinuria and increased ACR.Qidan Junzhi Decoction is the target prescription administered by academician Tong Xiaolin in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy,and the indications of its dosage adjustment are urinary microalbumin and ACR.Therefore,in its clinical application,the dosage of the whole prescription is adjusted according to the changes of indications in case the best curative effect can be achieved and the safety of medication can be ensured.
