Analysis of the therapeutic effect of tonifying the kidney,strengthening the spleen,and resolving blood stasis formula on kidney deficiency and blood stasis type metrorrhagia and leakage
Objective To explore the effect of bushen jianpi huayu recipe on treating metrorrhagia and metrorrhagia of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type and its impact on endometrium.Methods A total of 82 patients with metrorrhagia and metrorrhagia admitted to Wujin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Changzhou City from March 2020 to January 2023 were selected.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 41 cases each.The control group was treated with artificial progesterone,and the observation group was treated on the basis of the control group with the bushen jianpi huayu recipe.After 3 menstrual cycles of maintenance treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,therapeutic effects,endometrial thickness,blood flow resistance index(RI),progesterone(P),estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH),menstrual volume,bleeding time,hemoglobin level,and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After treatment,the main and secondary syndrome scores in both groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate(100％)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(87.8％)(P＜0.05).After treatment,the RI index of both groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05);The endometrial thickness of both groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of P,E2,and LH in both groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the menstrual volume and bleeding time of both groups of patients decreased,while hemoglobin levels increased;The menstrual volume and bleeding time of the observation group patients were lower than those of the control group,and the hemoglobin level was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).No adverse reactions occurred during treatment in both groups.Conclusion Bushen jianpi huayu recipe for treating metrorrhagia and metrorrhagia due to kidney deficiency and blood stasis can help improve clinical efficacy,regulate sexual hormone levels and menstrual symptoms,improve endometrial receptivity,and have good safety.
