Clinical effect of Zheng's"four manipulations for cervical spondylosis treatment"assisting micro-acupotomy therapy in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Zheng's"four manipulations for cervical spondylosis treatment"assisting micro-acupotomy therapy in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR).Methods Eighty patients with CSR admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to May 2023 were prospectively and randomly selected for the study. They were divided into two groups by random number method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with the micro-acupotomy therapy, while the observation group was treated with Zheng's"four manipulations for cervical spondylosis treatment"to assist the micro-acupotomy therapy. The clinical efficacy, levels of TCM symptoms, pain improvement, cervical motion, and hemorheology were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of neck pain, neck spasm, upper limb pain, poor mobility and finger numbness were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 7 days and 14 days, the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group, the scores of left rotation, right rotation, left flexion, right flexion were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of plasma viscosity, whole blood high shear viscosity, whole blood low shear viscosity were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zheng's"four manipulations for cervical spondylosis treatment"assisting the micro-acupotomy therapy can significantly improve the curative effect and symptoms in patients with CSR.At the same time,it can effectively reduce pain, improve the motion of cervical spine, and improve blood bleeding, promoting the recovery of cervical spine function.
