摘要
火针作为传统针刺方法被广泛应用于临床.相对于普通针刺,其高温热力从另一维度增加了对机体的刺激作用.本文通过整理国内外应用火针干预疼痛类疾病作用机制的研究,归纳其主要通过调节热休克蛋白、调节免疫炎性反应、调节细胞间信号通路、调节神经细胞凋亡及再生、调节痛觉相关受体的表达等方面发挥治疗作用.火针作用机制研究数量与内容仍不充分,本文对当前机制研究进行总结,为进一步研究提供借鉴.
Abstract
Fire needle therapy,as a type of traditional acupuncture,is widely used in clinical practice.Compared to ordinary acupuncture,its high temperature adds an additional dimension of stimulation to the body.This article sorts out the research on the mechanisms of fire needle therapy in the intervention in pain-related diseases both domestically and internationally,and concludes that it mainly works by regulating heat shock proteins,immune inflammatory responses,intercellular signaling pathways,neuronal apoptosis and regeneration,and the expression of pain related receptors.As the research on the mechanisms of fire needle therapy is still insufficient,this article summarizes the current mechanism research to provide a reference for its further research.
