摘要
国医大师张志远临证七十余载,尊古通今,博采众长,建树颇多,临床善用大黄药对,总结大黄药对在降气、止血、泻火、通便、破积、调经等方面的综合作用,丰富了大黄药对的应用经验,扩大了大黄的临床诊疗范围.
Abstract
Zhang Zhiyuan,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,has engaged in clinical practice for more than 70 years,respecting traditions and mastering modern expertise,learning widely from others'strong points,and having made a lot of achievements.He is skilled in using couplet medicines of rhubarb root and rhizome in clinic,flexibly and ingeniously.This paper summarizes the comprehensive effects of rhubarb root and rhizome in descending qi,stopping bleeding,purging fire,defecating,breaking masses and regulating menstruation,enriching the experience in the application of couplet medicines of rhubarb root and rhizome,expanding its clinical diagnosis and treatment scope.
