摘要
总结冯晓纯应用虫类药治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘经验,冯晓纯认为咳嗽变异性哮喘缠顽难愈,责之于风痰瘀虚,在三期分治的前提下,不同阶段精治细防,酌加不同虫类药,疗效得鉴.通过对冯晓纯临床常用的虫类药进行总结,为小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的辨治提供参考.
Abstract
This paper summarizes Feng Xiaochun's experience in the treatment of cough variant asthma(CVA)in children with worm medicines.Feng Xiaochun believes that CVA is intractable and difficult to cure should be ascribed to pathogens of wind,phlegm,blood stasis,and deficiency.Accordingly,she upholds a three-stage treatment of the disease,handling with different pathogens with various worm medicines as appropriate to ensure a significant curative effect.This article introduces the worm medicines commonly used in clinic by Feng Xiaochun,anticipating to provide a reference for the differentiation and treatment of pediatric cough variant asthma.
