摘要
外周水肿常为糖尿病肾病的首发症状,同时伴随蛋白尿、血压升高等异常指标,仝小林院士在准确调态使用靶方基础上,采用随证施量策略应用针对症靶(水肿)和标靶(肾功能指标)的中药茯苓和黄芪,多有弋获.
Abstract
Peripheral edema is often viewed as the initial symptom of diabetic nephropathy,and is accompanied by proteinuria,elevated blood pressure and other abnormal indicators as well.Academician Tong Xiaolin applies Chinese medicines of Indian bread and milkvetch root for the treatment of its syndrome target(edema)and biochemical indicator target(renal function),adopting the strategy of deciding on appropriate dosage according to syndromes,and on the basis of applying target prescriptions to accurately regulate states of the disease,mostly reaching a satisfied achievement.
