摘要
通过古籍文献调研、中医药现代研究成果的梳理,结合中医临床及中药学等学科领域内知名专家学者的认识及应用经验,归纳出芡实:功效主要为益肾固精,补脾止泻,除湿止带.症靶为遗精滑精、尿频、腹泻、带下量多.标靶为蛋白尿.现代药理发现芡实及其有效成分具有改善肾功能、降糖、调节血脂、保护心脏、保护神经、保护胃黏膜等作用.本品无毒,性涩敛,便秘、小便不畅者不宜用.临床常用剂量为10～45 g,内服时当根据不同疾病,或同一疾病的不同阶段进行辨证使用,并积极探索芡实用量与症靶、标靶的量效关系构建.
Abstract
Through the investigation of ancient literature and the sorting of modern research achievements in traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the understanding and application experience of well-known experts and scholars in the clinical and pharmaceutical fields of traditional Chinese medicine,it is concluded that gordon euryale seed mainly has the following characteristics:Its effects mainly involve tonifying the kidney to consolidate essence,invigorating the spleen to relieve diarrhea,and eliminating dampness to arrest leucorrhea.Its symptom targets include spermatorrhea,frequent urination,diarrhea,and morbid vaginal discharge,while its biochemical indicator target is proteinuria.Modern pharmacology has found that gordon euryale seed and its effective components have the effects of improving renal function,lowering blood glucose,regulating blood lipids,protecting the heart,nerves and gastric mucosa.It is non-toxic and astringent in nature,yet unsuitable for use in cases of constipation or urinary retention.The recommended dosage for its clinical use is 10-45g.When taken orally,it should be used according to different diseases,or different stages of the same disease,and it is advisable to explore and construct the dose-effect relationship between its dosage and its symptom targets or biochemical indicator targets.
