摘要
通过古籍文献调研、中医药现代研究成果的梳理,结合中医临床及中药学等学科领域内知名专家学者的认识及应用经验,归纳出化橘红:功效主要为化痰止咳、理气宽中.症靶为咳嗽.现代药理研究发现化橘红及其有效成分具有化痰止咳、抗呼吸道炎症、降糖调脂、抗阿尔茨海默病、防治糖尿病心肌功能损伤等作用.化橘红基本无毒副作用,阴虚燥咳及久嗽气虚者应慎用.临床医家常用剂量为10～30 g,内服时当根据不同疾病,或同一疾病的不同阶段进行辨证使用,并积极探索化橘红用量与症靶、标靶的量效关系构建.
Abstract
Through the investigation of ancient literature and the sorting of modern research achievements in traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the understanding and application experience of well-known experts and scholars in the clinical and pharmaceutical fields of traditional Chinese medicine,it is concluded that pummelo peel mainly has the following characteristics:Its effects mainly involve dissolving phlegm and relieving cough,regulating qi and smoothing the middle jiao.Its symptom target is cough.Modern pharmacological studies have found that pummelo peel and its effective ingredients have the functions of resolving phlegm and relieving cough,resisting respiratory inflammation,reducing blood glucose,regulating blood lipids,resisting Alzheimer's disease,preventing and treating myocardial function damage in diabetes.It is basically non-toxic and has no side effects,yet patients with yin deficiency,dry cough,and prolonged coughing and qi deficiency should use it with caution.Its commonly clinical dosage range is 10-30g.When taken orally,it should be used according to different diseases or different stages of the same disease,and the dose-effect relationship between its dosage and its symptom targets or biochemical indicator targets should be actively explored and constructed.
