Research progress of the mechanisms of Buyang Huanwu Decoction intervening in acute myocardial infarction
Acute myocardial infarction(AMI)is an acute coronary syndrome,which has become a major disease that seriously affects human life and health.Traditional Chinese medicine can achieve a good therapeutic effect in the treatment of the disease.In recent years,its effect in this regard has become a research hotspot.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that Buyang Huanwu Decoction features the effects of anti-thrombosis,protecting blood vessels,anti-inflammation and inhibiting apoptosis,showcasing its advantages of multi-target and multi-pathway as a comprehensive therapy.This paper reviews the research progress of Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the intervention of AMI from the aspects of protecting vascular endothelium,promoting angiogenesis,inhibiting myocardial remodeling,inhibiting inflammatory factors and inhibiting apoptosis,so as to provide a literature basis for the diagnosis and treatment of AMI in traditional Chinese medicine.
