摘要
王不留行散作为《伤寒杂病论》中治疗"金疮类"外科用方,其临床探究价值巨大.本文基于王不留行散的药物组成进行考究,对其版本问题、药物采收时日、药物修制以及方中"蒴藿细叶"的考证,明确其真实性,同时阐明其疗效在内科、外科、妇科、眼科等领域的可靠性,以响应国家号召,鼓励挖掘经典名方.
Abstract
Wangbuliuxing powder,as an externally applied drug for the treatment of"metal-inflicted wounds"in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases,has an enormous clinical research value.Based on the composition of Wangbuliuxing powder,this paper explores its versions,drug harvest time,drug revision and the verification of"capsule thin leaf'in the formula,so as to examine their authenticity,and clarify the reliability of its curative effect in the treatment practice of internal medicine,surgery,gynecology,ophthalmology and so on,in response to the call of the government to encourage the exploration of classic formulas.
