基于态靶理论辨治特应性皮炎

摘要
特应性皮炎是一种慢性炎症性皮肤病,发病率高,严重影响患者生活质量.态靶辨治理论是仝小林院士提出的创新性中西医汇通诊疗模式,本文旨在构建特应性皮炎的态靶辨治理论体系,实现特应性皮炎宏观调态与微观打靶的有机结合,以期促进态靶理论在特应性皮炎诊疗中的应用.
Abstract
Atopic dermatitis(AD)is a chronic inflammatory skin disease with a high prevalence that seriously affects the quality of life of patients.The state-target theory is a new clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment idea proposed by Tong Xiaolin,academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences,which carries forward the theory of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,and fits the modern medical diagnosis and treatment thinking and innovation.This article aims to construct a theoretical system of state-target differentiation and treatment for atopic dermatitis,achieving a seamless combination of an overall state regulation and a local target treatment,in order to promote the application of the state-target theory in the diagnosis and treatment of atopic dermatitis.
