摘要
前列腺癌是男性泌尿生殖系统最常见的恶性肿瘤,以正气亏虚、阴阳失衡为病机核心,癌毒内生为发病关键.彭培初教授总结晚期前列腺癌"阴阳两虚、脾肾不足、寒湿凝滞、癌毒蕴积"的病机规律,治疗上重视调节肺、脾、肾,主张虚实兼顾、寒温并用以使阴阳平衡,正气化生,并形成了 一系列对药和角药的配伍,起到了协同增效的作用.
Abstract
Prostate cancer is the most common malignant tumor in the male genitourinary system,with deficiency of healthy qi and imbalance between yin and yang as its core pathogenesis,and endogenesis of cancer toxin as the key to its onset.Professor Peng Peichu works out the pathogenesis regularity of advanced prostate cancer as"deficiency of both yin and yang,deficiency of the spleen and kidney,stagnation and congelation of cold-damp,and accumulation of cancer toxin",pays attention to the regulation of the lung,spleen and kidney in its treatment,advocates taking into account both deficiency and excess syndromes,applying both cold-and warm-natured medicines,in order to achieve a balance between yin and yang,and generate the vital qi.Furthermore,he creates a series of compatibility models of couplet medicines and triplet medicines,which play a synergistic role in the treatment of prostate cancer.
