摘要
国医大师沈宝藩临证善于治疗胃痛,辨证上首先辨虚实与寒热,以胀与痛辨气血,重视兼证,常常用香苏散治疗胃痛,体现胃腑"以通为补,以降为顺"的治疗理念.
Abstract
Shen Baofan,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,is good at treating stomach pain in clinical practice.He gives priority to distinguishing between deficiency and excess and between cold and heat in syndrome differentiation,distinguishes qi and blood based on swelling and pain.In addition,he pays attention to accompanying syndromes,and often applies Xiangsu powder in his treatment of stomach pain,which embodies the treatment concept of"tonifying the body by activating stomach qi and harmonizing the stomach by descending qi".
