仝小林院士治疗儿童罕见特发性1型糖尿病合并剧烈腹痛1例

摘要
汇报1例仝小林院士治疗儿童罕见特发性1型糖尿病合并剧烈腹痛病案.该患者胰岛自身抗体检测阴性,基因检测未见异常,而胰岛功能呈显著下降趋势,且起病伴见剧烈腹痛.仝小林院士根据患者年龄特征及证候表现,考虑该患者为儿童罕见特发性1型糖尿病,并基于"少阳主枢"理论,从伏邪燥病角度出发立法处方,取得了良好疗效,总结如下.
Abstract
This paper reports a case of rare idiopathic type 1 diabetes complicated with severe abdominal pain in a child treated by Academician Tong Xiaolin.The patient is negative in pancreatic islet autoantibody detection,and no abnormality is found in her gene detection,but her pancreatic islet function shows a significant decline,and accompanied by a severe abdominal pain.Based on the patient's age and syndrome manifestations,Academician Tong Xiaolin considers the condition to be a rare pediatric idiopathic type 1 diabetes mellitus.He decides on his treatment methods and draws up proper prescriptions to treat the disease from the perspective of latent dryness by referring to the theory of"Shaoyang resembling a pivot",achieving a good therapeutic effect.
