摘要
黄芪味甘性温,善补胸中大气,入肺脾二经,能大补中气,培土生金,调营和卫,温化水饮,仲景在《金匮要略》中有七方应用黄芪,组方配伍精良,笔者总结黄芪药物性味功效并对其在《金匮要略》七方中的配伍特点和组方应用详细论述,分析得出黄芪与桂枝、芍药、甘草配伍可补气调营、助脾升阳,亦可益中舒木;与茯苓、防己配伍可补气助阳、利水除湿;与麻黄、桂枝、芍药配伍可益气实表,温阳散邪、通行荣卫的结论.由此阐述仲景在《金匮要略》运用黄芪的诸多规律,以期对黄芪的临床应用提供更多思路.
Abstract
Milkvetch root is sweet in taste and warm in nature,good at replenishing pectoral qi in the chest and entering the lung and spleen meridians,which can replenish the middle qi,cultivate earth and generate metal,harmonize yingfen and weifen,and warmly resolve fluid retention.It is used in 7 prescriptions recorded in the Synopsis of Golden Chamber by written Zhang Zhongj ing,which are characterized by their exquisite formation and compatibility.This analysis elaborates on milkvetch root's therapeutic properties,its synergistic interactions,and its specific applications in the seven formulas,revealing that when it is combined with cassia twig,Chinese peony,and liquorice root,it can replenish qi,harmonize nutrient qi,and reinforce the spleen and promote yang,invigorate the middle qi and disperse liver qi as well.When paired with Indian bread and mealy fangji root,it can benefit qi and reinforce yang,induce diuresis and eliminate dampness.Additionally,in combination with ephedra herb,cassia twig,and Chinese peony,it can benefit qi to consolidate superficies,warm yang to eradicate pathogens,and harmonize rongfen and weifen.This discussion underscores Zhang Zhongjing's extensive application of milkvetch root in his prescriptions,aiming to explore the regularities in this respect and enrich its clinical application.
