从单味中药的剂量选择探讨随证施量与临床用药安全

摘要
"随证施量"是"辨证论治"之后重要的一环,考虑患者体质、年龄、病程等个体化差异,是中医个体化治疗的体现.总结现代医家关于附子、大黄、水蛭、天花粉、淫羊藿五味常用中药在"随证施量"过程中超剂量用药情况,不同剂量针对疾病的轻重程度和相关指标的改善情况,希望能够拓宽药物临床剂量使用范围,为临床提供理论依据.
Abstract
The strategy of"determining drug dosage according to syndromes"is an important step in the wake of deciding on a treatment schedule based on syndrome differentiation,which meets the need for taking into account individual differences in constitution,age and disease course of a patient,and embodies the important concept of individualized treatment in Chinese medicine.This study aims to investigate the overdosage instances of five commonly used herbs in modern clinical practice under the strategy of"determining drug dosage according to syndromes",highlighting different dosages aligning with the severity of a disease and the improvement of related indexes at different dosages,hoping to broaden the dosage range of drugs in clinical practice and provide a theoretical basis and guidance for clinical practice.
