茵陈随证施量策略在慢性肝炎治疗中的运用

摘要
慢性肝炎是指由不同病因引起的,病程至少持续6个月以上的肝脏坏死和炎症.慢性肝炎病程呈波动性或持续进行性,部分患者可进展为肝硬化,甚至肝癌.茵陈具有清利湿热,利胆退黄的功效,是治疗肝系疾病的要药.现代研究显示茵陈具有保肝利胆、抗炎抑菌、抗氧化、抗病毒等多种药理作用.仝小林院士常用茵陈治疗肝功能异常、脂肪肝、病毒性肝炎等慢性肝病.通过介绍一则记录详实的长时医案,客观全面地展现仝小林院士运用茵陈治疗慢性肝炎的随证施量策略,根据辅助检查结果等指征变化,调整药物剂量,在保证安全性的前提下,提高临床疗效.
Abstract
Chronic hepatitis refers to liver necrosis and inflammation caused by different factors and lasting for at least 6 months.The course of the disease tends to fluctuate or continue for some time,and if not treated properly,the disease may progress to cirrhosis in some patients,or even liver cancer,seriously endangering human health.Virgate wormwood herb has the effects of clearing dampness and heat,benefiting gallbladder and reducing jaundice,and is an essential medicine for treating liver diseases.Modern research has shown that virgate wormwood herb has various pharmacological effects,including hepatoprotective and bile promoting,anti-inflammatory and antibacterial,antioxidant,and antiviral effects.Academician Tong Xiaolin often uses virgate wormwood herb to treat chronic liver diseases such as liver dysfunction,fatty liver,and viral hepatitis.By introducing a well-documented long-term medical case,this paper objectively and comprehensively demonstrates Academician Tong Xiaolin's specific application of the strategy of determining dosage according to syndromes in treating chronic hepatitis with virgate wormwood herb,in which he adjusts drug dosage based on changes in indicators in auxiliary examination results,improving clinical efficacy while ensuring safety,conducive to better inheriting the precious experience of traditional Chinese medicine.
