Application of diaphoresis in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris patients with the syndrome of yin cold congelation and stagnation
Objective To explore the clinical effect of diaphoresis in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris patients with the syndrome of yin cold congelation and stagnation. Methods From June 2021 to June 2023,78 unstable angina pectoris patients with the syndrome of yin cold congelation and stagnation admitted to the First Hospital of Xingtai City were randomly divided into two groups:a control group treated with comprehensive symptomatic western medicine and a treatment group treated with comprehensive symptomatic western medicine plus Hanjing decoction, with 39 cases in each group. Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks. The curative effects of ECG and angina pectoris were compared between the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment, and the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms, the levels of cardiac function, serum ET-1,NO,Cys-C,Hcy and blood lipids were compared before and after treatment for 4 weeks. Results The total effective rates of ECG and angina pectoris were 97.44%and 97.44%respectively in the treatment group, higher than those in the control group(76.92%and 79.49%,P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment, the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),levels of serum ET-1,Cys-C,Hcy,blood lipids[triglyceride(TG),lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)]were lower in both groups than those before treatment, and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The cardiac output(CO),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),early/late diastolic maximum flow velocity(E/A),levels of serum NO and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were higher in both groups than those before treatment, and the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Diaphoresis can significantly improve the clinical symptoms in unstable angina pectoris patients with the syndrome of yin cold congelation and stagnation, improve cardiac function, stabilize blood lipid levels, alleviate vascular lesions, and thus improve the curative effects of ECG and angina pectoris.
