摘要
林下参与园参是人参交易市场上最主要的两类品种,但二者仍存在较大差异.目前市场上二者鱼目混杂,外观形态鉴别最为简便但可靠性并不高.本文通过对近年来国内外公开报道的林下参和园参的研究进行对比,从性状鉴别技术、化学成分及药理作用等方面进行总结.系统对比其形态、显微、无损鉴别等主要特征的差异,以期为林下参与园参的质量评价与合理开发利用提供借鉴.
Abstract
Mountain-cultivated ginseng and farm-cultivated ginseng are the two major varieties of ginseng traded in the market,yet they exhibit significant differences.As it is hard to identify the two varieties accurately,the method of character identification,though the simplest and most convenient one,proves not always reliable.This paper compares the research on mountain-cultivated ginseng and farm-cultivated ginseng published at home and abroad in recent years,and summarizes them from the aspects of character identification techniques,chemical compositions,and pharmacological effects,systematically sorting out the differences of the two varieties in their morphology,micro-identification,non-destructive identification and other major characteristics,so as to provide a reference for the quality evaluation and reasonable development and utilization of mountain-cultivated ginseng and farm-cultivated ginseng.
