基于经筋理论探讨针刺治疗神经根型颈椎病

神经根型颈椎病(cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,CSR)亦称痹痛型颈椎病,是各型颈椎病中发病率较高、临床最为常见的一种.颈椎病在中医学中属于"项痹""痹证"等范畴,其主要的发病原因为风、寒、湿邪入侵.为明确基于经筋理论对神经根型颈椎病针刺治疗的有效性,通过中国知网(CNKI)对近几年相关文献进行检索,发现基于经筋理论针刺治疗可以调节局部气血,松弛患处软组织的炎症,有效缓解疼痛引起的肌肉缺血缺氧.其指出了基于经筋理论针刺治疗颈椎病的广阔应用前景,为推动中西医结合的医学发展提供了新的思路和方法.
Abstract
Cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR),also known as arthralgia-type cervical spondylosis,is the most common type of cervical spondylosis with the higher incidence in clinic.Cervical spondylosis belongs to the categories of"nape arthralgia"and"arthralgia syndrome"in traditional Chinese medicine,and its main causes feature the invasion of wind,cold and dampness.In order to clarify the effectiveness of acupuncture treatment for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy based on the meridian theory,this study searches the relevant literature included in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)in recent years,finding that acupuncture treatment for CSR based on the meridian theory can regulate local qi and blood,alleviate the inflammation in the affected soft tissue,and effectively relieve muscle ischemia and hypoxia caused by pain.The paper points out the broad application prospect of acupuncture therapy in the treatment of cervical spondylosis based on the meridian theory,in a bid to provide new ideas and methods for promoting the development of integrated Chinese and western medicine.
