摘要
偏头痛(migraine)是一种致病率高的反复发作的慢性疾病,对患者的生活质量造成了严重影响.西医治疗主要依赖药物止痛,疗效并不理想且常伴有不良反应.针灸疗法通过毫针针刺、电针、头针、艾灸等手段,能够显著改善偏头痛及其他症状,提高患者的生活质量.通过检索近些年来针灸治疗偏头痛的文献资料,论述其病因病机,并从针刺取穴、针灸疗法等方面探讨针灸治疗偏头痛的疗效与特点,以期优化治疗偏头痛患者的发展思路.
Abstract
Migraine is a chronic,recurring disease with a high morbidity that can have a serious impact on the quality of life of patients.Western medicine treatment mainly relies on drugs to relieve pain,while its efficacy is not ideal and the treatment is often accompanied by adverse reactions.Acupuncture therapy,such as acupuncture,electroacupuncture,head acupuncture,moxibustion and other means,can significantly improve migraine and other symptoms,improving the quality of life of patients.By searching the literature of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for migraine in recent years,this study discusses the etiology and pathogenesis of migraine,and explores the efficacy and characteristics of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of migraine from the aspects of point selection,and acupuncture manipulations,etc.,so as to optimize the development of treatment ideas for migraine patients.
