摘要
杨正望临证擅于将经方理论体系与妇科辨治体系相结合,尤在应用《金匮要略》温经汤时,明确常用加味药物为鸡血藤、香附、葛根、陈皮、柴胡、白芷、仙鹤草等,联合组方为逍遥散、当归四逆汤、当归芍药散,通过总结温经汤组方及随证加减用药规律,以期为中医临床运用金匮温经汤提供参考.
Abstract
Professor Yang Zhengwang is skilled in combining the theoretical system of Chinese medicine classical prescriptions with the system of gynecological syndrome differentiation and treatment.Especially when applying the Jingui Wenjing Decoction from the Synopsis of Golden Chamber,he pins down the commonly used modified drugs of suberect spatholobus stem,nutgrass galingale rhizome,kudzuvine root,dried tangerine peel,Chinese thorowax root,dahurian angelica root,hairyvein agrimonia herb,etc.,combining them to formulate Xiaoyao Powder,Danggui Sini Decoction,and Danggui Shaoyao Powder.This paper summarizes the features of Jingui Wenjing Decoction and its medication rules modified in accordance with specific syndromes,aiming to provide a reference for its clinical application in traditional Chinese medicine.
