超声引导下膝关节骨性关节炎注射治疗的临床研究

摘要
目的 验证超声可视化引导下治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的精准度、高效性和安全性.方法 选取2023年1月-2023年11月我院疼痛科膝关节骨性关节炎患者90例,按照随机法分为2组,治疗组和对照组各45例,治疗组采用超声引导下膝关节骨性关节炎注射治疗,对照组采用解剖盲法定位进行膝关节骨性关节炎注射治疗,比较2组治疗前后总有效率及安全性.结果 在超声引导下进行膝关节腔注射治疗的患者,治疗后1个月和治疗后3个月的有效率均较高于盲法定位注射组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05),且治疗组无不良并发症.结论 通过对超声可视化引导下膝关节腔精准注射治疗可提高治疗精准度与安全性,有效减轻患者膝关节疼痛,改善关节功能.
Abstract
Objective To verify the accuracy,efficiency,and safety of the treatment of knee osteoarthritis under the guidance of ultrasound visualization.Methods Ninety patients with knee osteoarthritis in the pain department of our hospital from January 2023 to November 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group consisted of 45 cases,while the control group consisted of 45 cases as well.The treatment group received an injection treatment for knee osteoarthritis under the ultrasound guidance,while the control group received an injection treatment for knee osteoarthritis using the anatomical blind positioning.The total effective rates and safety of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The effective rates of patients who underwent the knee joint cavity injection treatment under the ultrasound guidance were higher than those of the blind localization injection group at one month and three months after treatment,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).There were no adverse complications in the treatment group.Conclusion The accurate injection therapy into the knee joint cavity guided by ultrasound visualization can improve the treatment accuracy and safety,effectively alleviate the knee joint pain in patients,and improve joint function.
