通过古籍文献调研、中医药现代研究成果的梳理,结合中医临床及中药学等学科领域内知名专家学者的认识及应用经验,归纳出沙苑子功效主要为:补肾助阳,固精缩尿,养肝明目;症靶为遗精、视物模糊;标靶为蛋白尿;现代药理研究发现沙苑子及其有效成分具有补肾固精、明目、调脂保肝、抗炎、抗氧化、抗疲劳、抗肿瘤、调节免疫等作用;本品无毒,但相火炽盛,阳强易举者忌服;临床常用剂量为9~15g,内服时当根据不同疾病,或同一疾病的不同阶段进行辨证使用,并积极探索沙苑子用量与症靶、标靶的量效关系构建.
Reconstruction of Chinese materia medica——flatstem milkvetch seed
Through the investigation of ancient literature and the sorting of modern research achievements in traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the understanding and application experience of well-known experts and scholars in the clinical and pharmaceutical fields of traditional Chinese medicine,it is concluded that flatstem milkvetch seed mainly has the following characteristics:Its effects mainly involve tonifying the kidney and reinforcing yang,consolidating essence and reducing urination,nourishing the liver and improving eyesight.Its symptom targets are spermatorrhea and blurred vision,while its biochemical indicator target is albuminuria.Modern pharmacology has found that flatstem milkvetch seed and its active ingredients play roles in tonifying the kidney and strengthening essence,improving eyesight,regulating lipid and protecting the liver,anti-inflammation,anti-oxidation,anti-fatigue,anti-tumor,regulating immunity,etc.It is non-toxic,but should also be taken with caution for people with exuberant ministerial fire,persistent erection of penis.The clinical dosage range of flatstem milkvetch seed is 9-15 g.When taken orally,it should be used according to different diseases,or different stages of the same disease,and the dose-effect relationship between its dosage and symptom targets,biochemical indicator targets should be actively explored and reconstructed.
