The prescription of Xuanfei Dayu Decoction is drafted on the basis of the clinical experience of Yang Zhen,a national famous master of traditional Chinese medicine,and is collectively derived from Huangya Decoction,Xiaqi Decoction and Dayu Decoction from the Four Sacred Heart Sources(Si Sheng Xin Yuan)written by Huang Yuanyu.Yang Zhen,under the guidance of the theory of qi movement,modifies the three prescriptions to treat the sequelae of COVID-19 infection,and achieves a remarkable effect in clinical practice.This article analyzes the mechanisms of Xuanfei Dayu Decoction in treating the COVID-19 infection sequelae from the perspective of the theory of qi movement,with a view to providing a reference for its future clinical practice.
